The official English Facebook page of game development company Spike Chunsoft has announced on Monday that the company is offering a 68% discount for both Danganronpa Japanese video game franchise series "Danganronpa 1: Trigger Happy Havoc" and "Danganronpa Part 2: Goodbye Despair" on IOS/Android. The game is multi-language capable and the original game interface was redesigned for mobile.

The first game franchise "Danganronpa 1: Trigger Happy Havoc" was originally priced at PHP 915.00 but it is now offered at a discounted price of P285.00. On the other hand, the second game franchise "Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair" was originally priced at PHP 920.00 but it is now also offered at a discounted price of P285.00.

On April 18, 2020, during the live stream of the Dengeki Game Awards, Spike Chunsoft announced that all three mainline Danganronpa titles will also be making their way to smartphones in the future as “Anniversary Editions.” Spike Chunsoft redesigned the interface for mobile devices, altering the UI to make it easier to use and implementing touchscreen compatibility. Other additions include an image gallery, a cutscene gallery, and a voice gallery.
