KANA-BOON, to perform Fire Force Season 2 Part 2 OP theme "Touch of Liberty", new key visual revealed

The official Twitter of the TV anime adaptation of Atsushi Okubo's "Fire Force" manga series has revealed that the opening theme song for the 2nd part of the 2nd season of the series will be performed by the Japanese rock band KANA-BOON titled "Torch of Liberty". A new key visual for Episodes 14 to 18 of the series has been revealed.

KANA-BOON is famous for their songs used in various anime series, films and video games including "Silhouette" used as the 16th Naruto Shippuden opening theme, "Diver" as the theme song for Boruto: Naruto the Movie, "Fighter" as the fourth opening of Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans, "Baton Road" as the first opening of the Naruto sequel, Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, and recently, their song "Starmarker" as the 2nd opening for Season 4 of My Hero Academia.
Currently, the Japanese rock band is composed of 3 members: Maguro Taniguchi — lead vocals, rhythm guitar, Hayato Koga — lead guitar, backing vocals, and Takahiro Koizumi — drums. Their former members we're Hirose Kaede and Yuuma Meshida, exited the group on 2011 and 2019 respectively.
The band was formed in 2008 and made their major debut with Ki/oon Music in 2013. Ever since, they've had four albums reach the top ten on the weekly Oricon Albums Chart, with Doppel being their best-charting album, reaching the third place on the chart. They have also had five singles reach the top ten on the weekly Oricon Singles Chart, with "Full Drive" being their best-charting single, reaching the sixth place on the chart.
