Popular Japanese actor 'Miura Haruma' passes away at 30, found dead at home in an apparent suicide

Popular Japanese actor Haruma Miura, 30, has died in apparent suicide, Saturday, July 18.
Miura was found hanging at his condominium in Tokyo's Minato Ward on the day and was later confirmed dead at a hospital, investigative sources said. Circumstances in the condominium suggest that he committed suicide, according to the Metropolitan Police Department of Tokyo.
Miura's manager visited his home as he did not come to work, and found the actor hanging in a closet, the sources said. An apparent suicide note was left in the condominium.
Miura Haruma, originally from Ibaraki Prefecture, entered the profession as a child actor. He subsequently featured in movies, including "Kimi ni Todoke" (From Me to You), "Koizora" (Sky of Love), "Eien no Zero" (Eternal Zero) and "Attack on Titan."
He also appeared in a number of NHK period dramas and on stage, such as in the Japanese adaptation of the Broadway musical "Kinky Boots" in which he played the role of a drag queen and won a renowned prize.
