The latest issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shounen JUMP Magazine (Issue 35) has revealed that Kaiu Shirai and Posuka Demizu, the creators of the hit-recently-concluded manga series "The Promised Neverland (Yakusoku no Neverland)", will publish a new suspense one-shot manga on August 11, 2020 in the next issue of the WSJ magazine (Issue 36).
The one-shot manga is titled "Shinrei Shashinshi Kōno Saburō" (Supernatural Photographer Saburō Kōno) and will be published as a 45-page manga with a color page. The story focuses on a photographer documenting a supernatural event happening inside a room.
This was released as a celebration on their 4th anniversary of serialization of the hit "The Promised Neverland" manga series in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine since August 2016, and ended on June 15. An upcoming live adaptation of the series will be released this Winter 2021.
