'The Promised Neverland' is getting a 16-page side-story with a color page in this year's Weekly Shounen JUMP Issue 44

The upcoming 43rd issue of the Weekly Shounen JUMP Magazine which will be released next week, Sept. 28, has revealed through a leaked pagescan of the magazine's announcement section that "The Promised Neverland" creators Kaiu Shirai and Posuka Demizu will release a side-story of the manga series in the upcoming 44th issue of Shueisha's WSJ Magazine.

The side-story will be in a length of 16 pages and will have color pages. The leaked pagescan includes the image of one of the TPS character, Ray, and a word in Japanese that translates to "Minerva's Code".
The 44th issue of the magazine is expected to be released on October 5.
Last August 11, a one-shot manga from the series' creator titled "Shinrei Shashinshi Kōno Saburō" (Supernatural Photographer Saburō Kōno) was published as a 45-page manga in the previous 35th issue of the Weekly Shounen JUMP Magazine. The story focuses on a photographer documenting a supernatural event happening inside a room.
