The deputy editor-in-chief of "Shueisha's Shōnen JUMP+" Yuta Momiyama has revealed on Thursday via Twitter the top 20 countries with the most number of Shōnen JUMP Manga Plus users in the world as of September of this year. The rank accounts both mobile and web users and the Shueisha didn't reveal the exact figures of service subscribers per country.

USA tops the list followed by Thailand and Indonesia ranking 2nd and 3rd, respectively. Mexico goes 4th with the Philippines grabbing the 5th spot. Spain, Malaysia, Brazil, Peru, and Germany complete the top 10 spots, in rank order.

Ranks 11 to 20 were claimed by Italy, Argentina, Chile, Cambodia, France, India, Canada, the United Kingdom, Vietnam, and Singapore.

The ranking was announced during the Shōnen JUMP Manga PLUS conference held on Thursday, Oct. 8. The conference also revealed that the number of service subscribers reached a rocket-high record compared to the same month last year.

“Shonen JUMP+ and Manga Plus by Shueisha” is under the direct control of SHUEISHA, a Japanese publisher that has been creating manga directly with the artists. The service provides the latest translated manga releases same-day-as-Japan and comes with both free and paid features. The free feature of the service (available for both JUMP+ and MANGA PLUS) will grant you the latest releases but previous volumes are locked. Meanwhile, a paid feature/subscription (only for JUMP+) that costs $1.99 per month unlocks all manga volumes with unlimited reads. The services are both available for mobile and web.
