'Weathering With You' is now officially Korea's longest-running film of all time for 232 consecutive days on Korean theaters

CoMix Wave Films, the studio behind Makoto Shinkai's film adaptations announced that the 2019 best-selling anime film "Weathering With You" is now officially Korea's longest-running film (foreign or domestic) of all time as of June 17, 2020. The film is now on its 232nd consecutive day of screening in Korean theaters.

The film began showing in Korea last October 30, 2019 and is still running as of today.
