Yanagi Nagi and Jun Maeda to collaborate for 'The Day I Became a God' TV anime series OP/ED themes

The official Twitter of the upcoming TV anime series "The Day I Became a God" (Kamisama ni Natta Hi) has announced that the series' opening and ending theme songs will be performed in collaboration with Japanese singer-songwriter Yanagi Nagi and the series' author, composer and lyricist Jun Maeda.

Yanagi Nagi, through a video feed posted by the series' Twitter account, previewed a short part of the opening theme song and invited the viewers to look forward for the series' premiere. The series will start broadcasting this October and is animated by PA Works.
The new anime project written by its creator itself Jun Maeda was worked together again by Key, Aniplex and PA Works who previously worked on his written works including Angel Beats! and Charlotte.
Hina, a girl who awakens as a God and predicts the "end of the world". She found a boy whom she spend the last time of their lives and see the end together.
The anime series has been announced by creator Jun Maeda during the live interview of NicoNico Live last May 10, 2020.
