The first incident occurred on June 18, around 8pm on the street of Nakano Ward when Matsuki reportedly touched and harassed a junior high school girl of around 12-15 years of age and fled by bicycle. An hour later of the same day, another female junior high school student on a nearby street suffered similar harassment by a person that looked like Matsuki.
The second incident was later confirmed after the police received a report of the first incident, and analyzed security camera footage coming to the conclusion that the incidents was connected and indeed committed by Matsuki. He admitted to the charges himself afterwards and will be sent to hearing.
The future of Act-Age is at the brink of hiatus as its Volume 13, which was originally set to be released on October 2 has been removed from the Shounen Jump release schedule.
