'Detective Conan: The Bride of Halloween' film to arrive in the Philippines soon - ODEX

The 25th film of Gosho Aoyama's hit series will screen exclusively in SM Cinemas.

The official Philippine Facebook page of film distributor ODEX has teased on Wednesday that the 25th film installment of Detective Conan's franchise titled 'Detective Conan: The Bride of Halloween' will have its Philippine screening exclusively in SM Cinemas. No premiere dates were revealed as of writing.

The film premieres in Japan on Apr. 15, 2022. The story takes place in Shibuya, Tokyo during the Halloween season. A wedding ceremony is being held at Shibuya Hikarie, and there is Detective Miwako Sato of the Metropolitan Police Department's Investigation Division 1 in a wedding dress. An assailant crashes the wedding and Detective Wataru Takagi is injured while trying to protect Sato. At the same time, the perpetrator of a series of bombings three years ago that killed Detective Jinpei Matsuda (Sato's former love interest), escapes from prison.
