The anime film Odd Taxi: In the Woods has released a new trailer with additional scenes ahead of its Japan premiere on April 1, 2022.
The film will recount the events of the TV anime that aired in 2021 plus feature the events after the final episode.

After summarizing the 2021 TV anime, the scene shifts to Hiroshi Odokawa (CV: Hanae Natsuki) getting a passenger from the past whom he doesn't immediately recognize.
Odd Taxi, stylized as ODDTAXI (Japanese: オッドタクシー), is a Japanese manga series written by Kazuya Konomoto and illustrated by Takeichi Abaraya. It is currently being serialized under Shogakukan's Big Comics imprint.
The TV anime was produced by animation studios OLM and P.I.C.S. and aired on TV Tokyo and AT-X in Japan from April 6 to June 29, 2021. The series revolves around taxi driver Hiroshi Odokawa becoming involved in the disappearance of a little girl, thus attracting the attention of the police and even the yakuza.

Synopsis
Eccentric and blunt, the walrus Hiroshi Odokawa lives a relatively normal life. He drives a taxi for a living, and there he meets several unique individuals: the jobless Taichi Kabasawa who is dead-set on going viral, the mysterious nurse Miho Shirakawa, the struggling comedic duo "Homo Sapiens," and Dobu, a well-known delinquent.
