A trailer video has been released for part 2 of anime film Re:cycle of the Penguindrum (Full title: RE:cycle of the PENGUINDRUM Part 2 -I Love You-), which premieres in Japan on July 22, 2022.
Part 1 premiered in Japan last April 29, 2022.
Re:cycle of the Penguindrum is a compilation film of the 24-episode Mawaru Penguindrum TV anime that aired in 2011, with additional scenes. This compilation film is intended to celebrate the series' 10th anniversary.
For this part 2, the theme song will be 「僕の存在証明」 (Romaji: Boku no sonzai shoumei, English: The Proof of My Existence), a new song for the album Yakushimaru Metro Orchestra, also by Etsuko Yakushimaru.
The voice acting cast from the original 2011 anime by Brain's Base will also make their return. Voice actress Sumire Uesaka joins them in the film as the Purinchu penguin.

Penguindrum, known in Japan as Mawaru Penguindrum (輪るピングドラム,), is a 2011 Japanese anime series produced by Brain's Base. The series is written by Kunihiko Ikuhara and Takayo Ikami, was co-directed by Ikuhara along with Shouko Nakamura, and was broadcast in Japan from July 2011 through December 2011.
