Official channels have released the main promotional video for upcoming sci-fi anime Black★★Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall.
The series is scheduled to air on April 3, 2022 on TOKYO MX, Sun TV, and other channels in Japan, plus on streaming platform Disney+.
The main PV features the show's ending theme Before the Nightmare, sung by Kanako Takatsuki. As previously announced, the opening theme is ASEED by ZAQ.
Black Rock Shooter: Dawn Fall is the title of the anime adaptation for the Japanese media franchise Black Rock Shooter, with original illustrations by Ryohei Fuke (also known as huke). The story revolves around its eponymous character, a mysterious black-haired girl with a blazing blue eye.
In the TV anime, planet Earth has been destroyed following the failure of a large-scale automation project, with the AI core Artemis rebelling against humanity. Empress, the show's protagonist, wakes up in an underground research facility without her memories, and later on discovers it is her mission to save humanity by defeating Artemis.
