'Cells at Work! Code Black' spinoff TV anime series reveals EP1 special PV, anime premieres Jan 9

The official Twitter page for Shigemitsu Harada and Issei Hatsuyoshiya's "Cells at Work! Code Black" spinoff manga has revealed on Friday a special promotional video (PV) for the first episode of the TV anime adaptation of the series which will begin broadcasting on January 9 24:00 (effective January 10, 12:00 AM) JST on Japanese local channels including Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, BS11 and a few hours after on MBS.

This new spinoff series is based on Shigemitsu Harada and Issei Hatsuyoshiya's "Cells at Work! Code Black (Hataraku Saibō Black)" spinoff manga. LIDEN Films is in charge of the animation production. The series will be directed by Hideyo Yamamoto and Hayashi Mori is supervising and writing the scri
