The series features anthropomorphic rabbits working at a construction company whose motto is "Do your best" (zenryoku). This not only applies to the actual work, but also to doing everything else at maximum capacity, including eating and playing.

Kadokawa has published the manga in four tankōbon volumes plus two extra volumes. The first anime adaptation aired in 2008. This second anime adaptation occurs within Japan's Reiwa era, which officially began on May 1, 2019.
