Japanese sweets (wagashi) series 'Deaimon' releases first key visual, premieres 2022

The official Twitter account of the series Deaimon has unveiled its first key visual (KV) for the anime adaptation scheduled for 2022.

The key visual features main characters Nagomu Irino (voiced by Nobunaga Shimazaki) and Itsuka Yukihira (voiced by Kozue Yuki) walking side by side. Their character designs are also displayed in detail on the official website.

Synopsis by MAL:

Nagomu Irino returns to his Kyoto home for the first time in ten years when his father is hospitalized. Nagomu is eager to take over Ryokushou, the family's Japanese sweet shop, but he's instead asked to be a father figure to Itsuka Yukihira, the girl everyone calls the successor.
