Jpop artists milet x Aimer x YOASOBI's Ikuta Lilas collaborate on new song for 'THE FIRST TAKE'

Popular YouTube channel THE FIRST TAKE has released an announcement on their official Twitter account, featuring a never-before-seen collaboration between three famous Japanese artists: milet, Aimer, and Ikuta Lilas from YOASOBI.

They will be performing the song 「おもかげ」(Omokage), produced by Vaundy. This song is a collaboration with Sony to promote the music company's WF-1000XM4 wireless earbuds.

About milet

Milet (ミレイ, Mirei; stylized as milet) is a Japanese singer signed to Sony Music Entertainment Japan (SMEJ). She made her major debut in 2019 with her EP Inside You, which was produced by Toru (ONE OK ROCK). She released first studio album Eyes in 2020. The album hit number one on both Oricon and Japan's Billboard charts, certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of Japan for sales of 100,000.


About Aimer

Aimer (エメ, Eme, [pronounced as "eme"]) is a Japanese pop singer and lyricist signed to SACRA MUSIC and managed by FOURseam. Her name comes from the verb "Aimer" in French, which means "to love."


Her distinctive husky voice can be heard in many popular anime theme songs such as Dare ka, Umi wo (Terror in Resonance ED theme), Akane Sasu (Natsume's Book of Friends season 5 ED theme), and Rokutousei no Yoru - Night of Sixth Magnitude Stars (No. 6 ED theme). She is also a frequent guest vocalist for prolific composer Hiroyuki Sawano.

Ikuta Lilas (幾田りら), also known as Ikura, is a singer-songwriter, a member of the hit music duo YOASOBI, and former member of PLUSONICA.
