Official accounts for Mob Psycho 100 have released the main promotional video for season 3 of the TV anime (Full title: Mob Psycho 100 III). The show is scheduled to air on Oct. 5, 2022.
Mob Psycho 100 (Japanese: モブサイコ100) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by ONE. It was serialized on Shogakukan's Ura Sunday website from April 2012 to December 2017. Shogakukan has also compiled its chapters into 16 tankōbon volumes.
The story stars Shigeo Kageyama (CV: Setsuo Itō), an average middle school boy who has been nicknamed "Mob" (which is Japanese slang for "background character") for his lack of presence. But he is actually a powerful esper with immense psychic powers. He maintains strict control over his emotions to prevent his powers from going haywire.
The TV anime adaptation by Bones has spanned two seasons with season 1 airing from July to September 2016, and season 2 airing from January to April 2019. Now, season 3 is officially airing this October 2022.
The main PV (with English subtitles) above includes more never-before-seen clips of season 3 as well as the opening theme song 1 by Mob Choir. In season 3, Mob is in his third semester.
