The official website of Ikumi Hino’s ‘Mother of the Goddess’s Dormitory’ (Megami-ryō no Ryōbo-kun) manga has revealed on Friday the debut of the TV anime adaptation on Japanese televsion. The edited version will be broadcasted on Tokyo MX, KBS Kyoto and Sun TV by July 14 and on BS11 by July 15. AT-X will release an unedited version on July 14.
Other streaming platforms will launch the anime series on July 27.
Studio asread is animating the series, with Shunsuke Nakashige as director and Masashi Suzuki as the scriptwriter. Characters are from the designs of Maiko Okada.
The opening theme “Naughty Love” as well as the ending song “Zettai! Kimi Sengen” were performed by the five-member unit, Megami Ryosei.

Nagumi Koushi is a 12-year-old boy who was abandoned by his father after their house caught on fire, leaving him to roam the streets penniless. Then one day, a girl named Minerva who finds him lying on the sidewalk, takes him to a women's college dormitory, one known for housing troublesome residents, and asks him to be their "Dormitory Mother." Surrounded by older women, forced to deal with their idiosyncrasies, Koushi starts his new (somewhat ecchi) life!
