The official Pokémon YouTube channel has announced a new web anime series for the Pokémon franchise titled 'Pokémon Evolutions' through a trailer reveal dropped Thursday night.
This 8-episode series will cover various stories in the Pokémon world with one region each particular week starting with Galar and going back to Kanto.
A key visual was also revealed featuring every region to be explored.

Thursday, Sept. 9: "The Champion” featuring the Galar region
Thursday, Sept. 23: “The Eclipse” featuring the Alola region
Thursday, Oct. 7: “The Visionary” featuring the Kalos region
Thursday, Oct. 21: “The Plan” featuring the Unova region
Thursday, Dec. 2: “The Rival” featuring the Sinnoh region
Thursday, Dec. 9: “The Wish” featuring the Hoenn region
Thursday, Dec. 16: “The Show” featuring the Johto region
Thursday, Dec. 23: “The Discovery” featuring the Kanto region
Pokémon describes the series as:
Produced to help celebrate 25 Years of Pokémon, this eight-episode series will begin in the Galar region and culminate in the Kanto region—the first region that appeared in the Pokémon series. Each episode features familiar characters and Pokémon alongside a connecting thread of a Pikachu that leads the viewers on their voyage through the regions.
