'Rurouni Kenshin The Final Chapter: The Beginning' film reveals teaser video, opens June 4 in Japan

Warner Bros. Japan has streamed on Tuesday the promotional trailer for the upcoming "RUROUNI KENSHIN the FINAL CHAPTER: The Beginning" live-action film. The film is scheduled to open in Japanese theaters on June 4 and will be the final installment in the Rurouni Kenshin film franchise. It is based on the final arc of the Rurouni Kenshin manga series by Nobuhiro Watsuki, but its story will differ.
The prior film "RUROUNI KENSHIN the FINAL CHAPTER: The Final" is slated to premiere in Japanese theaters on Friday, April 23. Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK is performing the film's original soundtrack titled "Renegades" co-written by international pop singer Ed Sheeran.
