Official accounts have announced an upcoming TV anime adaptation of Misaki Takamatsu's slice of life manga Skip and Loafer. The anime will be produced by studio P.A. Works under the direction of Kotomi Deai (who directed the anime for Natsume's Book of Friends).

The release date for the Skip and Loafer anime has not been revealed as of writing.

Below is a 30-second teaser to announce the anime project.

The series stars Mitsumi Iwakura (CV: Tomoyo Kurosawa) who is about to attend a prestigious high school in Tokyo. And it takes another turn for the unexpected when she meets fellow first-year student Shousuke Shima (CV: Akinori Egoshi), who is also running late to their first day.
