'Teasing Master Takagi-san the Movie' releases extended trailer for June 2022 premiere

In this movie, Takagi and Nishikata become cat parents to start off their memorable summer.

The anime film for Sōichirō Yamamoto's romcom series Teasing Master Takagi-san has released an extended trailer ahead of the premiere on June 10, 2022.

In this extended trailer, Takagi and Nishikata begin taking care of a lost cat named Hana (CV: Inori Minase) right before the start of their summer vacation. Also featured in this video is Haruka Tomatsu who voices the pet shop employee.


The featured theme song is The Summer of Beginnings (Japanese: はじまりの夏) by Yuiko Ōhara.


Teasing Master Takagi-san (Japanese: からかい上手の高木さん, Romaji: Karakai Jōzu no Takagi-san) is a manga series written and illustrated by Sōichirō Yamamoto and it began serialization on June 12, 2013 in Shogakukan's shōnen manga magazine supplement Monthly Shōnen Sunday Mini. Three years later, the manga transferred to Monthly Shōnen Sunday magazine on July 12, 2016.


The first season of the TV anime adaptation aired in 2018 while the second season aired in 2019. Season 3 aired from January to March 2022.
