The official Twitter of Netflix Japan Anime has announced on Tuesday that the streaming-giant is collaborating with animation studios WIT Studio and CLAMP for an anime series based on Grimms' fairy tales for the Annecy International Film Festival 2021. The title of the anime is still undecided as of writing.
WIT Studio is producing the anime series for Netflix. CLAMP is designing the characters
and Japanese screenwriter Michiko Yokote is in charge of the screenplay.
Netflix describes the anime as:
A completely new anime work that interweaves new horror and suspense elements!
