Upcoming football anime Blue Lock has released a fourth character promotion video (PV), this time featuring Hyōma Chigiri (CV: Soma Saito).
Chigiri is described as a cool-headed striker who does things at his own pace. However, he also hides a traumatic past.
The TV anime is scheduled to broadcast within 2022 and is produced by Studio Eight Bit.

Blue Lock (Japanese: ブルーロック) is a Japanese manga series written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and illustrated by Yusuke Nomura. It has been serialized in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine since August 2018. Blue Lock won the 45th Kodansha Manga Award in the shōnen category in 2021.
Synopsis
In 2018, the Japanese national team finished 16th in the FIFA World Cup. As a result, the Japanese Football Union hires the soccer enigma Ego Jinpachi. His master plan to lead Japan to stardom is Blue Lock, a training regimen designed to create the world's greatest egotist striker. Those who fail Blue Lock will never again be permitted to represent Japan. Yoichi Isagi, an unknown high school student, decides to join the program in order to become the best player in the world.
