Comedy anime 'Nights with a Cat' releases teaser for August 2022 broadcast

Say goodbye to all your troubles with cat cuteness! Nights with a Cat airs on Aug. 3, 2022.

A teaser video has been released for the TV anime adaptation of Kyuryu Z's comedy manga Nights with a Cat.


The anime is slated to air on Aug. 3, 2022. It is produced by Studio Puyukai.

The series features human protagonist Fuuta (CV: Satoshi Hino) and his cat Kyuruga (CV: Ayahi Takagaki). When Fuuta comes home at night, he makes his exhaustion go away by relaxing with his cat.


The teaser video also introduces the theme song Hinata no Kuni (Japanese: ひなたの国; Unofficial English: Land of the Sun) by Kashitaro Ito.

About Nights with a Cat

Nights with a Cat (Japanese: 夜は猫といっしょ, Romaji: Yoru wa Neko to Issho) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kyuryu Z. It was originally published on the author's Twitter account in December 2019, after which it was acquired by Kadokawa Shoten, who began publishing the series as tankōbon volumes in October 2020.
