As the title suggests, the story is set in Akihabara, Tokyo, where girls work in maid cafés and deal with all sorts of crazy situations (that sometimes lead to violence) in addition to their usual job of being cute waitresses.

The teaser video introduces lead characters Nagomi Wahira (CV: Reina Kondō; girl on the left of the cover photo) and Ranko Mannen (CV: Rina Satō, girl on the right of the cover photo).
