The official Twitter of Kennoji and Matsuuni's "Drugstore in Another World: The Slow Life of a Cheat Pharmacist (Chīto Kusushi no Surō Raifu: Isekai ni Tsukurō Doraggusutoa)" light novel series has revealed on Wednesday the teaser promotional video (PV) for the upcoming TV anime series. The series is scheduled to begin broadcasting on July 7, 2021.
The TV anime adaptation of the novel is animated by EMT Squared and directed by Masafumi Sato. Hiroko Kanasugi is writing the scripts, and Etsuko Sumimoto is designing the characters. The music is composed by Tomoki Kikuya.
The cast includes:

Risae Matsuda as Noella
Akane Kumada as Mina
Satsumi Matsuda as Elaine
Mariko Higashiuchi as Annabel
Fumiko Uchimura as Ejiru
The series is based on the Japanese light novel series written by Kennoji and illustrated by Matsuuni which began its serialization in 2016 on the user-generated novel publishing website Shousetsuka ni Narou. The novel is published by Hifumi Shobō under its Brave Novel imprint and has been collected into four volumes since April 2018.
The novel inspired a manga adaptation with illustrations by Eri Haruno which has been serialized online via Takeshobo's Web Comic Gamma Plus website since December 2018 and has been collected in four tankōbon volumes as of November 2020.
English publisher Seven Seas Entertainment describes the novel as:
