A second promotional video has been released for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Liz Takayama and keepout's light novel series Isekai Yakkyoku (Japanese: 異世界薬局, Literal English: Alternate/Parallel World Pharmacy).
The anime is scheduled to air on July 10, 2022 and is produced by studio Diomedéa.
The series centers on protagonist Falma de Médicis (CV: Aki Toyosaki). In his former life, he was a Japanese pharmacologist and researcher named Yakutani Kanji who died from overwork. He is reincarnated as Pharma in a parallel world resembling medieval Europe.
As Falma, his body serves as the host to the guardian deity of medicine; thus granting him superior healing abilities. This immerses him in a world full of both joy and tragedy as he struggles to save his patients.
The second PV features the anime's opening and ending themes. The opening is Dreamy Chronicle (夢想的クロニクル) sung by Kaori Ishihara. Meanwhile, the ending theme song is White Rain (白雨) sung and composed by Little Black Dress.
