The official Twitter account of Shueisha's Bessatsu Margaret shoujo magazine has announced that actors Shunsuke Michieda (道枝駿佑) and Ren Meguro (目黒蓮) will be starring as Souta Aoki and Kousuke Ida respectively for the TV drama of Kieta Hatsukoi (Japanese: 消えた初恋、Literal English: Vanishing My First Love, stylized as My Love Mix-Up!)
Kieta Hatsukoi is a romantic comedy manga created by Wataru Hinekure and Aruko. It revolves around the love triangle between Souta Aoki, Mio Hashimoto, and Kousuke Ida. Through a series of misunderstandings about who has romantic feelings for whom, the boundary between truths and assumptions blur.
The TV drama will air on TV Asahi in October 2021.

Synopsis by MAL:
A heated rooftop confession takes place between two men, but not all is as it seems. The good-natured Souta Aoki has had his heart stolen by the angelic smile and kind actions of his female crush Mio Hashimoto. Unfortunately, he is devastated when she lends him an eraser with another classmate's name—Ida—engraved on top. When Kousuke Ida spots his name on the eraser, he is led to believe that Aoki is the one harboring romantic feelings for him. Aoki is left struggling to clear up the situation alone without revealing Hashimoto's feelings for Ida. Fake and honest pinings mix as misunderstandings abound in this heart-pounding triangle of first loves.
