In a post by the official Twitter account for the game, PUBG Mobile has announced that it has collaborated with the popular anime "Jujustu Kaisen".
The announcement came with a five second video teaser for the project, showing the popular effect of "Cursed Energy" which is derived from the "Jujutsu Kaisen" anime. The official words on the collaboration have confirmed that it will be available globally, except in Japan and Mainland China. The announcement was previously released during an Indonesian press conference on August 29, before the official Twitter account released their post.
No official word has been released on when this collaboration will be made available.
Jujutsu Kaisen is a manga and anime series, written by Gege Akutami. It chronicles the journey of Yuuji Itadori, a normal boy, who finds himself as the vessel of a powerful demonic entity known as Sukuna. He is plunged into the lives of sorcerers (called jujutsu sorcerers in the dub), a group of people who wield "Cursed Energy" as weapons and who do battle with cursed spirits, entities made of negative energy.
