'My Life as Inukai-san's Dog' manga announces TV anime for 2023

The adult comedy manga series is getting a TV anime in 2023.

A teaser visual has been released to announce an upcoming TV anime adaptation for adult comedy manga My Life as Inukai-san's Dog (Short title: Inuhiro; Romaji: Inu ni Nattara Suki na Hito ni Hirowareta) by Furukawa Itsutsuse.

The announcement below mentions that the anime is scheduled to air in 2023.


A separate official website for the anime has also been opened. Cast and other relevant information will be posted on a later date.


As the series title suggests, the protagonist of the story wakes up one day and becomes the pet of the beautiful, cool girl Karen Inukai, who only shows her adorable side in front of dogs.


The original manga by Itsutsuse is ongoing serialization on Kodansha's Monthly Shōnen Magazine R and has been compiled into four tankobon volumes.
