A teaser visual and video have been released for the upcoming anime adaptation of Akumi Agitogi's romance light novel series My Happy Marriage (Romaji: Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon).
As the Tweet below mentions, heroine Miyo Saimori will be voiced by seiyuu Reina Ueda, while Miyo's fiancé Kiyoka Kudo will be voiced by seiyuu Kaito Ishikawa. The anime will be produced by studio Kinema Citrus who is famous for animating Made in Abyss.
Below is the just released teaser video.
Miyo Saimori is forced into an early life of servitude after being born talentless into a noble family famous for their supernatural abilities. When Miyo finally comes of age, she is whisked away by her fiancé, Kiyoka Kudou, a commander said to be so cold and cruel that his previous would-be brides all fled within three days of their engagements.
The original light novel series was written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka, serialized in Kadokawa's Fujimi L Bunko. It has been adapted into a manga series with illustrations by Rito Kohsaka, serialized in Square Enix's Gangan Online.
