Yurei Deco is set in a high-tech information city called Tom Sawyer Island where reality and cyberspace overlap. On this island, the residents use visual information devices called "deco" (decoration customizers) to move to and from between reality and cyberspace. With these, they collect evaluation coefficients called "love" (rabu) which are essential to their lives.

The story stars protagonist Berry (CV: Mira Kawakatsu) who gets caught up in the "0 Phenomenon" wherein "rabu" has disappeared. She teams up with the Yurei Detectives to find out the truth behind the incident.

The main PV also features the opening theme song 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 LOVE (Yotta Rabu) sung by Clammbon and arranged by DÉ DÉ MOUSE.
