The upcoming short is the brainchild of loundraw, based on one of the illustrations they made. New staff members that have joined the production are Akira Kosemura, Itoko Toma, Guiano, and Hideya Kojima and will be part of the soundtrack.
The character designs and directing for the movie will done by the illustrator, loundraw, themself. Flat Studio, loundraw's own animation studio, will be behind the animation. Novelist Hirotaka Adachi, also known by the name Otsuichi, will be in charge of the screenplay. Production will be by Flagship Line, and distribution will be by Avex Pictures.
